Tulcea County Council, Tulcea City Hall, "Baladele Deltei" Professional Artistic Ensemble, the Ministry of Education and Research, Tulcea County School Inspectorate and Tulcea Children's Palace are organising the 31st edition of the International Folklore Festival-Competition "Golden Fish", between 7-12 August 2025, in Tulcea
