About the event

Celebrate the start of May on one of Romania's most beautiful esplanades: the „Ivan Patzaichin” Tulcea Esplanade will host, from April 30 to May 3, 2026, the first edition of May Fest, an event dedicated to the people of Tulcea, as well as#tourists expected to spend the start of the tourist season in Tulcea.

Event Programme: May Fest

The shows will be opened with a flashmob organised on Thursday, 30 April 2026, starting at 6:00 PM, to mark Dance Day. The day will continue to the rhythms of music mixed by IONI, who will take to the stage on the promenade starting at 7:30 PM.

➡ Friday, 1 May 2026, the official opening will take place at 7.30 p.m., after which the young artists from the „Dorulețul“ Folk Ensemble, Aurel Sava, Andrei Moroianu and EMILIAN will perform on the Tulcea stage.

On the second day, also from 19:30, the Folk Ensemble „Danubius“ and Ionela Marincaș will take to the stage set up on the Tulcea promenade. The evening concludes with an original concert offered by #rockers from TAYLOR.

➡ Sunday, 3 May, From 7:30 PM, you will enjoy performances by the Professional Artistic Ensemble „Baladele Deltei,“ Selatin Kiazim, and MARIO.
