About the event

The a 30th (anniversary) a European Film Festival in Tulcea, an event taking place for the first time in the city.

Annual event organised by the Romanian Cultural Institute, in partnership with the Representation of the European Commission in Romania and with the support of the European embassies and cultural institutes in Bucharest, dedicated to promoting intercultural dialogue and European values, bringing together the general public, cultural professionals and prestigious guests, offering a varied programme including film screenings, debates, presentations and meetings with specialists.

This year's special guest is the film critic Victor Morozov, who will give a talk on contemporary cinema, followed by a discussion session with the audience. The event aims to create a space for reflection and exchange of ideas, encouraging engagement and dialogue between different cultural perspectives.
