Tulcea City Hall enthusiastically announces a new edition of the annual event - Tulcea Fest 2025, a festival full of colour and energy, will take place from 14-17 August 2024. With a diverse programme full of attractions, the event promises to bring joy and good cheer to the city's residents and all those who choose to attend.
Tulcea Fest is not just a festival, but also an opportunity to celebrate the local community and culture.
