About the event

Scrumbii de Rusalii celebrates the local gastronomic heritage, promotes ecological and environmental education, valorises the artistic, musical and handicraft heritage of local ethnic communities. The event was initiated by OMD Tulcea Municipality and is in its second edition.

Event Programme: Pentecost Scrumbii - 2025

To make our festival even tastier, we have decided to organise it from 𝟔-𝟖 𝐢𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐢𝐞, 𝐝𝐞 𝐑𝐮𝐬𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐢, in a new format.
The Fishing Village will be even more beautiful this time of year, green and full of life, and we'll be keeping the festival specific, adding a greater diversity of food and related events.
This change gives us more time to prepare an edition with 𝐦𝐚𝐢 𝐦𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐞 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭̦𝐞 𝐠𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐨𝐦𝐢𝐜𝐞, 𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐬̦𝐢 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐞 𝐦𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐞. 🌊🎶
 
𝐌𝐮𝐳𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐥 𝐇𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐨 𝐇𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐨 𝐇ö𝐟𝐞𝐫, leader of the band 𝐍𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐥𝐨𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐬, director and authentic storyteller, will be 𝐠𝐚𝐳𝐝𝐚 𝐬̦𝐢 𝐬𝐮𝐟𝐥𝐞𝐭𝐮𝐥 𝐦𝐮𝐳𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐚𝐥 𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐥𝐮𝐢.
Over the three days, it will bring together outstanding artists from different musical backgrounds to transform the stage on the meadow of the Fishing Village into a place of encounters, improvisation and shared joy.

Each day, the scheduled concerts will alternate with 𝐦𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞 𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐞 𝐬̦𝐢 𝐣𝐚𝐦 𝐬𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬, where guests will meet on stage to create together music that is alive, free and surprising.

🎤 Zagăn (Tulcea) - acoustic rock with world music influences and local sound, straight from the heart of the Delta
🎤 Taraful de la Mârșa - a traditional taraf, an authentic and clean acoustic formula, but also energetic, with tambourine, accordion, double bass and violin.
