About the event
The 7th edition of the Danube Delta Fish Borscht Celebration will take place this year on the weekend of 4-5 September 2026 in the village of Crisan in the heart of the Delta.
During the two days of celebrations, there will be traditional cooking demonstrations, a fish borscht cooking competition with chef Cătălin Scărlătescu, folklore shows, live music, local traditions and local goodies.
